SSC CGL selection process involves Tier 1 and Tier 2 stages. The SSC CGL Tier 2 exam will be considered for merit, and the CGL tier 1 exam is compulsory to appear for getting to qualified for tier 2.

The SSC CGL selection process consists of two tiers. SSC CGL Tier 1 and Tier 2 are computer-based exams. Candidates have to qualify in all tiers to get selected for various posts under SSC CGL. SSC CGL Selection Process 2023

The SSC CGL Exam is conducted in two stages: Tier 1 and Tier 2. For a candidate to clear the SSC CGL Exam must clear all the stages one by one. Candidates have to clear tier 1 to appear for the tier 2 exam.

  • Tier-II: Computer-Based Examination (It will include conducting of Paper-I, Paper-II and Paper-III in separate shift/ day).
