Indian forest service physical eligibility for male category
- Height – 163 CM minimum height is required for the male category and for the reserved category 5 cm height relaxation will be given by the UPSC Board.
- Chest expansion- for the male candidate, chest expansion should be a minimum of 84 cm; after the chest expansion, it should be increased to 5 cm.
- Eyesight -for the post of Indian forest service, male category eyesight is also required, male category eye sight requirement is 6/6 or 6/9 vision, and for the worst Eyes the requirement of eyesight is 6/12 or 6/9.
- Ears- To apply to the Indian forest service, the male eligibility condition is good listening with normal ears, like 1000-4000 earrings frequency, and impairment should be not more than 30 decibels.
- Nasal- To apply for the post-Indian forest service, requirements, and students should not have stammering issues while taking.
- Blood pressure- for the post of Indian forest service, the candidate’s appreciable is 22-34 years, and this age criteria candidate’s blood pressure is 122 minimum and 127 maximum.

- Citizen of India apply for the post of Indian forest service.
- Citizen of Nepal and Bhutan can also apply for the post of Indian forest service.
- Tibetan refugees who came to India before January 1, 1962, and have settled permanently in India can also apply for the post of the Indian forest service.
- A person of Indian Origin who has migrated to other countries like Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, United Public of Tanzania, Vietnam, USA, Britain, France, and other countries and have the intention to settle in that country permanently can also apply for the post of Indian forest service which has Indian Visa.
Age relaxation of the candidate in the Indian forest service
As per the government norms for the apply post of Indian forest service candidate’s age has a minimum of 21 years and the maximum age of the candidate is 32 years the government policy.
There is age relaxation for the reserved categories. the relaxations are for the SC and ST the relaxation is 5 years and for the candidate who belongs to OBC categories the age of election is 3 years, for the Defense Service personnel, ex-servicemen Commissioner officers, or any officers in the central government, Age relaxation is 5 years and physically handicapped student PWD student Age relaxation is 10 years.
